The beautiful estate of La Braccesca extends over a total area of 420 hectares and is composed of two separate bodies: the historic core of the company is located in the Montepulciano area while the other, with 162 hectares of vineyards, is located at foot of the hills surrounding Cortona. It is in the first that in 1990 the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano of the Antinori family saw the light, an elegant and decisive red whose maturation takes place in large oak barrels for about 12 months followed by a further refinement in the bottle for a year.
