Grapes Mainly Cabernet Franc and a small amount of Petit Verdot.
Winery The grapes are selected with particular care in the vineyard and in the cellar on the vibrating belt, after which the destemming and soft pressing are carried out. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 3-4 weeks at a controlled temperature of 28°C. Malolactic fermentation in barrique for 80% of the mass.
Aroma: Black fruit ripening with well-integrated spiciness, notes of freshly ground coffee and cocoa.
Taste: Dense texture, ripe, dense, smooth tannins and a long finish.
