white peach, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, and fleeting
floral notes of rose. On the palate, it is voluminous,
enveloping, and savory. Easy and satisfying to drink,
it is very versatile in pairing.
Serve at 8–10° C
Vinification
In steel tanks at a
controlled temperature
between 14 and 16° C.
Maturation and aging
Approximately 3 months in
steel tanks and 2 months in bottle.
