This Syrah is Stefano Amerighi's signature wine, the fruit of his labor and vision. A broad vision that extends from the soil to the vine to the balance of nature.

Grapes are harvested when fully ripe and healthy to express the varietal and the season. Part of the grapes are pressed by foot according to tradition, while the rest are left whole (to ferment as if undergoing carbonic maceration) and loaded by hand into concrete vats.

Spontaneous fermentation without selected yeasts and temperature control, and aging in concrete and wood.
