Aging: 5 months, 90% in steel and 10% in large wooden barrels.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with golden highlights, the nose opens with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and orange blossom, enriched by a delicate spicy note. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and full-bodied, with an aromatic finish.
