Caroni Employees 6th Release 1996 Dirty Harry Seeharack is an agricole rum from Trinidad and Tobago. Dedicated to Ricky "Dirty Harry" Seeharack, one of the distillery's employees before its closure, it was selected by Luca Gargano of Velier and a team of experts. Blended from four 1996 barrels, this Caroni rum has been aged for 25 years in a tropical climate.
Tasting Notes: The color is a deep, dark amber. On the nose, notes of ripe tropical fruit, sweet spices, and vanilla stand out, enriched with nuances of tar and rubber. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced, with a long, warm finish evoking caramel, toasted wood, and tobacco.
