Vinification: Fermentation with long maceration in buried Georgian amphorae, with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. After racking and pressing, it returns to the amphora for another 5 months before starting the refinement
Refinement: In large oak barrels, where it remained for 6 years. Bottled without clarification and filtration in September 2017 and rested for a further 7 years in the bottle.
Color: Amber yellow
Bouquet: Wide and intense, of jammy fruit, dried fruit, honey and resin
Taste: Soft, full-bodied, of extraordinary complexity combined with great freshness
