Vineyard located in Fumane. The name of the vineyard is inspired by the "Progno" stream that flows in the field. Ripasso is a historical production technique of Valpolicella. The first fermentation is done in October, the second in January/February, on raisined grapes, rich in sugars. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels, 3 months in the bottle. Long-lived wine, it can be tasted even after 10 years.
