Brilliant ruby ??red color, with an intense, ethereal aroma, featuring distinctive fruity notes of black cherry, berries, and spices. The flavor is dry, balanced, with excellent persistence, and smooth.

Aging
At least one year in wooden vats, tonneaux, and oak barriques.
Pairings
Pairs well with red meats, game, and even feathered game. Excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
