Delicate and fresh, it stands out for its floral bouquet, particularly damask rose and iris. It is captivating in its fruity notes, with nuances ranging from red berries, particularly wild strawberry and raspberry, to citrus with notes of passion fruit, and smooth in its progression. It has a long and pleasantly persistent finish. Excellent as a refreshing aperitif.

Vinification and fermentation process are carried out with strict temperature control, maintaining temperatures no higher than 15°C. This is followed by cold aging, lasting 1 or 2 months on the fine lees, depending on the vintage.
