Elegant rosé wine obtained from 100% certified organic and biodynamic Sangiovese grapes. The Sangiovese harvest, entirely manual, is done early to ensure good acidity and freshness to the wine. The grapes are softly pressed and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel vats where temperature and oxygen supply are constantly monitored. It then ages for at least three months on its fine lees. The Aetos Rosé, with its onion skin pink color, conquers the nose with its bouquet of fresh flowers, rose in particular and with clear hints of small red fruits. On the palate it reveals a right freshness and flavor that makes the body agile and slender resulting pleasant and elegant.
