Bright straw yellow color with golden highlights, good consistency. On the nose, a floral bouquet of acacia blossoms and lemon blossoms with fruity notes reminiscent of exotic fruits and yellow peach, with citrus peel on the finish. On the palate, it is satisfying and rounded, with a fresh and persistent finish.
Vinification: The must is obtained through soft pressing. Fermentation lasts for over 20 days at low temperatures (14-16°C). At the end of the process, the wine is racked and kept on the fine lees until bottling.
Aging: The wine remains in stainless steel for approximately 4 months.
Alcohol Content: 13% vol.
