The Chardonnay Collezione Privata by Isole & Olena is a 100% Chardonnay-based white wine grown in the Barberino Val d'Elsa area, a hamlet of Barberino Tavernelle in the province of Florence. The vineyards of origin are located at an altitude of approximately 450 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest, the bunches were transported to the cellar for white vinification - i.e. carried out without maceration of the must on the skins - which took place in stainless steel. The refinement lasted 12 months in barrique.

The Chardonnay Collezione Privata by Isole & Olena presents itself with an intense straw yellow colour. On the nose it recalls aromas of apricot and ripe gualla fruit intertwined with notes of white flowers and hints of hazelnut and sweet oriental spices. The sip is savory and enveloping, warm and with good structure. Long finish played on citrus and spicy notes. At the table it goes very well with mature cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and rich seafood preparations. Also excellent with white meats.
