Vineyards: The vineyards are located in medium-textured and galestro soils of Eocene origin between 240 and 360 meters above sea level and produce this young, ready and fragrant wine. Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese. Vinification, fermentation and aging: In stainless steel containers and vitrified cement tanks at a controlled temperature using cooling jackets and immersion plates. Color: Ruby red. Organoleptic characteristics: Widely emphasized by aromas of fresh red berry fruit, it is completed with light floral and spicy notes. Warm, quite soft, structured and balanced with pleasantly pronounced tannins. Service: Serve at 18°C ??in a crystal "tulip" shaped glass. The bottles should be stored in the dark, spread out in a cool place and without temperature changes. Food pairing: Suitable to accompany Tuscan soups, first courses with red meat sauces, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
