VINIFICATION:
Soft pressing and traditional white winemaking in stainless steel tanks. After racking, the wine rests on the fine lees for two months. Bottling begins in February 2026.

62,000 bottles (0.75 L) and a limited quantity of 1.5 L magnums.

Ideal as an aperitif; pairs well with shellfish, crustaceans, and Adriatic fish dishes with bold flavors.
