Grape Variety
Native to the Gironde region, in the Bordeaux region of France. In Friuli, its cultivation has remained limited and has yielded excellent results in the hills.

Description
A highly prized white wine, it can be considered one of the most prestigious varieties of Collio. It has a straw-yellow color with greenish hues. It has a characteristic, intense aroma. Its exuberant, typical aroma recalls yellow flowers, elderflower, sage, mint, and bell pepper, expressing itself in a dry and generous flavor.

Food Pairing
A wine for aperitifs and pairs well with spicy, hearty, and elaborate first courses, especially seafood and shellfish, as well as creamy soups, medium-aged cheeses, and prosciutto.

Serve at 10-12°C.
