The aromas range from notes of small red fruits to those of earth and flowers. The palate is enveloped by the slender and elegant structure, typical of Sangiovese from Radda, the tannins are firm, the acidity vibrant and the finish, long and persistent, has contrast, flavor and depth. Pairings: Florentine steak, Wellington fillet, aged caciocavallo.
