The Moulin de Gassac collection was born in 1991 from the collaboration between Mas de Daumas Gassac and local winemakers. The Guibert family set themselves the challenge of creating a new range of accessible wines, respecting the philosophy and experience of the famous estate. Low yields, respect for the terroir and passion make it a unique cuvée. On the nose it is a delicate wine, with floral notes; on the palate it is rich, with a hint of acidity on the finish that gives it great balance.
