After pressing the must, fermentation and
vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Aging on the lees lasts at least 36 months. Certified

Tasting Notes
Its delicate amber-yellow color and frothy mousse
"hit the mark immediately." The nose releases notes of dried
fruit, with hints of quince, honey, hawthorn, and
lime blossom. The aromas on the palate are powerful and follow
with broad, full-bodied flavors, revealing a very
pleasant wine.
Winemaker's Recommendations
It makes a great aperitif with friends, but also a gourmet dinner; To be
consumed with fish dishes, seafood, or
a delicious salad. Serve at 8°-10°C.
