Caroni Employees 6th Release 25 Y.O Full Proof Heavy - Mahesh "Sonny Black" Bridgelal is the assembly of 4 barrels distilled in the single column of the Caroni Distillery and aged for 25 years in a tropical climate.
The blend, bottled full proof, for a total of 689 bottles for the world, is composed of single barrels from 1996, selected during the Caroni Ceremony on April 12, 2019. Once chosen, the blend was transferred to stainless steel containers, where the aging stopped definitively, allowing all the characteristics of the original Caroni aged in a tropical climate to be kept intact.
