VINTAGE NOTES Winter 2021 was marked by mild temperatures and average rainfall. Budbing occurred between the last week of March and the first week of April. Spring continued with a return of cold weather that slowed the development of the vegetation. The months of May and June were warm and dry, allowing the vines to recover from their initial delay. Ripening continued regularly, and the harvest began the second week of September.
