Bergamasca Rosso PGI Vinification Fermentation lasts 30 days with cold pre-maceration of the pressed grapes. We imagined this wine as the sap flowing through the veins of our stones. Description Dark. On the nose, it presents notes of small red fruits, cherry, spices, chocolate, and coffee. On the palate, it is tannic. The excellent alcohol content develops a warm and smooth sensation on the palate.
Aging In oak tonneaux and barriques, followed by long bottle aging. Pairings It pairs well with aged cheeses, cooked cured meats, and roasted, grilled, or stewed meats.
