Description
Dark. On the nose, it presents notes of small red fruits, cherry, spices, chocolate, and coffee. On the palate, it is tannic. The excellent alcohol content develops a warm and smooth sensation on the palate.
Aging
In oak tonneaux and barriques, followed by long bottle aging.
Pairings
It pairs well with aged cheeses, cooked cured meats, and roasted, grilled, or stewed meats.
