Grapes are cooled and pressed whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation of the must follows at a controlled temperature.

Description
Bright yellow with bronze highlights. The nose opens with hints of exotic fruit, white flowers, and flint. On the palate, it is harmonious and soft, with a savory and velvety finish.

Aging
Aged for 6 months in steel tanks at low temperatures in a controlled atmosphere (inert gas).
Pairings
It pairs well with delicate first courses, fish, or roasted white meats. Its freshness and delicate floral notes also make it an excellent aperitif.
