It is the "classic" Barolo of the Massolino family, absolutely the one that best represents the company style in full respect of tradition, in the name of cleanliness and detail.
Barolo Massolino comes from about 10 hectares mainly in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, with a balance of 5% from the municipality of Castiglione Falletto.
Fermentation takes place in steel and/or cement, with maceration of 20/30 days in contact with the skins.
The refinement lasts for 24 months in wood and for 16 months in glass.
The result is an elegant and fleshy wine, characterized on the nose by the classic notes of rose and licorice and by the sure drinkability.
