Vineyard origin: Monprivato® subzone, in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto (CN).
Harvest period: Around mid-October.
Vinification: Traditional fermentation for 20-26 days with the cap exposed. The wine is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 30 months.
Expected shelf life: 20-25 years.
Release date: Four years after the harvest.

Nose: Complex, very fruity, elegant, intense, spicy, with floral notes
Taste: Excellent body with strength and texture, austere, masculine, long, full.
