PRODUCT INFORMATION
The grapes are softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine then ages for several months on its yeasts in stainless steel containers.
Excellent as an aperitif, to be paired with pasta dishes with fish and vegetables and with freshwater fish (trout, pike, salmon, perch).
