Pinot Grigio Terlano is an Alto Adige DOC that expresses the purity and minerality of the terroir. This wine, made from carefully selected Pinot Grigio grapes, ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel and ages on the lees, developing complexity and longevity.
Blend: 100% Pinot Grigio.
Aging: 7 months in stainless steel on the lees.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow, the nose offers an intense bouquet with notes of chamomile, fresh grass, and citrus, accompanied by floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and enveloping, with a lingering finish.
Pairings: It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, delicate pasta dishes, and white meats.
