Vinuci Serio Dealcoholized Pinot Noir is a red wine made from a strictly manual harvest and gentle pressing. The resulting must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts and without spontaneous fermentation. The wine is then dealcoholized in a vacuum at a low temperature to preserve its aromas and aged for several months on the fine lees in stainless steel.
Visual Tasting Ruby red color.
Nose Tasting On the nose, it presents a seductive bouquet with fresh notes of red fruits and cherries, enriched with nuances of vanilla from the characteristic aroma of the yeasts.
Tasting On the palate, a lively fruitiness emerges, supported by a harmonious acidity.
Pairing with Vinuci 'Serio' Dealcoholized Pinot Noir Perfect with savory sauces, grilled vegetables, meat dishes, and aged cheeses.
