85% Sangiovese, 15% Colorino del Valdarno, black Canaiolo and Mammolo
Elegant, with typical hints of iris, rose and red fruits which integrate with balsamic notes after a few years of aging in the bottle; balanced and rightly tannic, structured to the taste. A wine of great typicality that accompanies pasta with elaborate sauces, red meats, truffles, soft and aged cheeses.
Serve at 18 - 20 ° C
Vinification
In steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28 ° C, maceration on the skins for 15 - 20 days.
Maturation and refinement
20 - 22 months in large oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle.
