A clean, fresh, mineral Vernaccia, balanced between fruit and flower from the first nose. It presents aromas of white-fleshed fruit, apple, lime, lily of the valley, thyme, and lemon. On the palate, it is taut, vibrant, and fresh, characterized by a crisp flavor. A long and decisive finish. Pairings: tartare, carpaccio, light pasta dishes, fried meats of meat and seafood, white and roast meats. Soil: The vineyards from which the grapes for this wine are grown are located in soils of varying origins and structures, at altitudes ranging from 250 to 360 meters above sea level. The soils range from sandy, rich in skeleton and fossils to deep, medium-textured soils.
