Growing method: certified organic
Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. A clean, fresh, mineral Vernaccia, balanced between
fruit and flower from the first nose. It presents aromas of white-fleshed
fruit, apple, lime, lily of the valley, thyme, and lemon. On the palate, it is taut, vibrant, and
fresh, characterized by a crisp flavor. A long and decisive finish.
Pairings: tartare, carpaccio, light pasta dishes, fried meats
of meat and seafood, white and roast meats.
Soil: The vineyards from which the grapes for this wine are grown are located in
soils of varying origins and structures, at altitudes ranging from 250 to 360 meters above sea level. The soils range from sandy, rich in
skeleton and fossils to deep, medium-textured soils.
Training system: Spurred cordon
Vine density per hectare: 5,000
Wine yield: 55/60 hl/ha
Harvest: Hand-picked starting in the last ten days of September.
Grape selection and hand-picking.
Vinification: Whole-cluster maceration. Soft pressing
of whole bunches. Temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats. Aged on the fine lees until
bottling.
