Cultivation: certified organic Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color with reflections that veer towards green. A clear, fresh, mineral Vernaccia, balanced between fruit and flower from the first nose. It presents itself with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, apple, lime, lily of the valley, thyme and lemon. On the palate it is taut, vibrant and fresh, characterized by an incisive flavor. Long and decisive on the finish. Pairings: tartare, carpaccio, light first courses, fried meats of land or sea, white and roast meats. Soil: the vineyards from which the grapes for this wine come are located in soils of different origins and structures, at altitudes ranging from 250 - 360 meters above sea level. It goes from sandy soils rich in skeleton and fossils to deep soils of medium texture.
