The soil, rich in cavernous limestone skeleton, has tuffaceous soils. Training system: spurred cordon Density of vines per hectare: 5000 Wine yield: 55/60 hl/ha Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color with golden reflections. Vernaccia of great character, sharp and pure in its aromatic references, with a firm grip on the palate, snappy, rhythmic, appropriately complex, with precious mineral notes and acidity that guarantee a secure future. Pairings: tartare, carpaccio, baked fish, white meats, fresh or semi-mature cheeses, soups, risottos, fried meat or seafood, meat and roast. Harvest: done by hand starting from the third ten days of September. Selection and hand-picking of the grapes. Vinification: maceration of the skins with whole bunches.
