This is the company's signature wine, first produced in 1980. It was born from the intuition of producing, from Vermentino grapes—Capichera's most beloved—a wine capable of competing with the great international whites. The finest bunches of these grapes, grown in its chosen terroir, are transformed into a unique and distinctive wine, elegant and with a strong personality.

The name Capichera, from the Latin caput erat, "was the capital," is the ancient name of the family estate.
