Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir - Selection Vineyards and Training: The grapes come from 30-year-old vines, managed organically, treated only with copper and sulfur and fertilized with stable manure. They are trained on a high spurred cordon training system to ensure shade for the grapes and preserve their aromas. The clayey soil, rich in iron and quartz, is located 200 meters above sea level and 10 kilometers from the coast, in a unique and pristine terroir, characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night. Harvest and Vinification: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand and placed in 18-kg crates. Before being pressed, the grapes are placed in a cold room overnight to ensure greater extraction of aromas and avoid oxidation. After full fermentation, the wine is aged in barriques for 10 months. Hand-bottled and unfiltered. It is then aged for 3 years in the bottle.
Wine: A pale ruby ??red color with garnet highlights, brilliant. The nose expresses elegant aromas of small red fruits, such as raspberries, wild strawberries, and blackberries, with elegant and delicate balsamic and citrus notes. On the palate, it has a good structure, with soft and silky tannins, a pleasant acidity, and remarkable persistence, making it perfectly balanced and exceptionally drinkable. Balance, finesse, and elegance are the elements that characterize this wine.
