Peculiarities: The Rosato Alìe from Tenuta Ammiraglia captures all the marine and Mediterranean atmosphere of the Maremma coastal area, combining them in terms of delicacy and expressive refinement. The Syrah grapes give a very pleasing pink color to the eye without the need for maceration, but only thanks to a direct soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, without malolactic fermentation. The addition of minimal quantities of Vermentino contributes impeccably to that fresh-savoury balance that distinguishes this label. A brief refinement in steel tanks and then in the bottle completes the production process, guaranteeing the enhancement of the most youthful, simple, clear and floral qualities of this Frescobaldi rosé wine. The Oltremé rosé wine from Tenute Rubino is born in the vineyards of Tenuta Jaddico, just 8 km from Brindisi. Here the Susumaniello is enhanced in its rosé version. Following the manual harvest in the first ten days of September, the grapes are vinified with a brief contact of the must with the skins, in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts 4 months in steel, followed by 1-2 months in the bottle.
