Poliziano today presents its first rosé.
Obtained from direct pressing of Sangiovese grapes, this wine expresses
delicacy, freshness, and aromatic purity, with a delicate color and a
precise and gastronomical palate.
A rosé with character, which expresses the terroir with a new
language, without sacrificing the winery's identity.

Soft, direct pressing of the destemmed grapes with
subsequent fermentation in stainless steel
Aging:
6 months in stainless steel followed by 3 months in bottle
