Canna Torta IGT Toscana is a Tuscan white wine produced by Podere Le Ripi from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes.

Vinification and aging The harvest is done by hand in the first half of September. Fermentation and maceration for 8 months in terracotta jars. The wine undergoes aging for 8-12 months in contact with the skins in clay amphorae.
Tasting guide Canna Torta is light amber. The wine has a fresh and elegant aroma like a white with notes of honey and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it presents itself as a red, for the light tannic structure and the crunchy consistency. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 14 ° - 15 °.
