A wine born from the intuition of combining Chardonnay, a great international grape, with Grechetto, a historic grape grown between Umbria and Tuscany. These two grape varieties produce completely different wines, but when expertly blended, they develop sensational textures and a unique balance.
Grape Variety: 50% Chardonnay – 50% Grechetto Production Area: Pietraia (approx. 290 meters above sea level) Harvest Period: Early September for Chardonnay, late September for Grechetto Vinification: Cold maceration on the skins, controlled fermentation at 18ºC. Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and at least 2 months in bottle Color: Brilliant straw yellow Nose: Delicately floral with hints of exotic fruit. Taste: Fine, harmonious, and with balanced acidity Alcohol content: 12%–13% vol
