Accumulated water reserves created ideal conditions for a dry and particularly hot June, favoring optimal vegetative balance in the vineyards. The summer was generally temperate, with above-average rainfall well distributed throughout July, August, and September, contributing to regular vine development. Veraison occurred slightly early, about a week early, heralding a uniform and qualitatively promising ripening. The Vermentino harvest took place between the last week of August and the first week of September, with staggered picking aimed at preserving both freshness and aromatic vivacity, as well as greater structure and expressive complexity.
