Description
Saint-Émilion Légende R combines the Rothschild family's centuries-old winemaking tradition with the vision of a premium wine for everyday drinking.
A harmonious blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, it is obtained through traditional red fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels.
It features a medium-intense ruby ??red color. The aroma is intense and complex, with notes of blackberry blending with hints of wax, exotic woods, and cocoa powder. The palate is balanced and refined, medium-bodied, with elegant tannins and a lingering finish.
Perfect with red meats, especially lamb and game dishes.
