Asya, Brut Rosé from Pinot Noir
For the production of grapes suitable for sparkling wine, were selected plots between 450 and 500 meters, with particularly draining soils. «Asya is a Brut Rosé from Pinot Noir grapes that stays on the lees for 10 years. In 2008 we started almost for fun, starting an experiment on 3-4 rows. We realized that the potential was high and we decided to plant 2 hectares of Pinot Noir ». Structure, complexity, pleasantness are the main qualities of this refined Classic Method on the market with the 2011 vintage.
