VINEYARDS 0.50 ha, 300 meters above sea level, southwest exposure, clay-limestone soils with a slight presence of gravel
WINEMAKING Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with punching down and pumping over. Fermentation and maceration last 10–15 days.
AGEING The wine is aged for approximately 8 months in second-use oak barrels.
