RAW MATERIAL: 100% Cuban sugarcane. Molasses grown and processed in Cuba is used.
DISTILLATION: Continuous column, exclusively manufactured and patented.
COLOR: Light amber.
AROMA: The nose is reminiscent of sugarcane and has sweet fruity notes. It continues with nuances of wood and vanilla.
TASTE: On the palate, it has a light sweetness balanced with a more bitter component. The aging notes emerge and develop into a warm and enveloping sip. The finish is long and full.
AGEING: The aging in American white oak barrels takes place in three phases: the first at a full 74%/76% alcohol content, the second between 40% and 60% alcohol, and the third after the blending by the Primer Maestro Ronero.
