Tasting Notes
Ben Ryé 2023 has a golden color with bright amber highlights. Its intense bouquet features typical notes of raisins, apricots, citrus fruits, and candied orange peel, followed by hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, fruity notes and balsamic nuances combine with sweet nuances of honey. Intense and persistent, characterized by a balance between freshness and sweetness.

A Table
Pair with dry pastries, chocolate, and jam or ricotta tarts. Also try with savory dishes such as tuna bottarga, aged or blue cheeses, and dishes that are enhanced by the freshness and richness of Ben Ryé, served alone as a meditation wine. Serve in medium-sized, slightly flared glasses; it can be detached immediately. Excellent at 12-14°C.
