Bindella Nobile di Montepulciano Vinification In steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28°C, maceration on the skins for 15–20 days.
Maturation and Aging 20–22 months in large oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes Elegant, with typical aromas of iris, rose, and red fruits that blend with balsamic notes after a few years of bottle aging; balanced and tannic, with a structured palate. A highly distinctive wine that pairs well with richly sauced pasta dishes, red meats, truffles, and soft and mature cheeses. Serve at 18–20°C
