This 2021 Nebbiolo comes from the Arione cru, in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba; the first vintage dates back to 2019. Manual harvest takes place in mid-October; fermentation in the cellar lasts an average of 25-30 days with pumping over, and vinification takes place in stainless steel. Aged in wood for approximately 3 years. Intense and penetrating bouquet: rose hips, blackberries, wild strawberries, sweet spices. On the palate: soft, classy entry, vigorous flavors of fresh fruit, gentle tannins, slightly savory finish with hints of licorice.
