DESCRIPTION
A wine with a soft and lively character that reinterprets tradition
Piedmontese of Moscato, managing to express all its typicality
sweetness and scent.
The seasonal performance of this 2018 vintage is characterized by a high
frequency of rains, which created problems in work in the vineyard. Despite
these conditions, postponing the harvest period, the quality of the grapes is
good result with excellent points.
Brilliant straw yellow colour, the scent is aromatic and distinctive
with the typical scents of Moscato, such as peach blossom, sage and honey. In the mouth
releases a sweet and round taste, reminiscent of acacia honey,
leaving pleasant sensations of raisins on the finish.
Dessert wine that goes very well with traditional macaroons
from lower Piedmont, hazelnut cakes and small pastries.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: at controlled temperature (16°) in vats
steel.
Alcohol: 5%
Recommended serving temperature: 8-10°C
