AGING: 6 months of aging in used barriques on their fine lees. BOTTLE SIZE 0.750 L / 1.5 L PACKAGING Cases of 3 and 6 bottles (0.750 L), single case magnum (1.5 L) VINTAGE The 2024 harvest was characterized by a fairly balanced start to the season, with significantly more abundant rainfall than the seasonal average, normal temperatures, and favorable temperature ranges until the first half of July. From the second half of July onward, however, the strong heat, both day and night, put a strain on the vines, which, however, responded very well thanks to abundant water reserves. September and October, characterized by abundant rainfall, extended the ripening and harvest times. A year with generous production, balanced in terms of alcohol and phenolic ripening. ALCOHOL CONTENT 13% vol. APPEARANCE: Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights.
OLFACTORY SENSATIONS Intense and complex, with initial notes of white flowers that evolve into hints of fresh fruit (banana, white peach), complemented by a light oakiness.
TASTE Fresh and pleasant on the palate; well-balanced with an intense and persistent flavor. A wine with excellent overall pleasure and an elegant and harmonious finish. PAIRINGS: Fresh and medium-aged cheeses. Steamed, grilled, or baked fish. Fish-based first courses or first courses with white meat sauces.
