Langhe DOC Nebbiolo - Mascarello Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo. Vineyard origin: From our estate vineyards in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba (CN) and Castiglione Falletto (CN). Harvest period: Late September, early October. Vinification: Our selected grapes, traditional fermentation for 12-14 days with the cap exposed at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in medium-sized oak barrels for several months, depending on the vintage, or stabilized in an inert container. Expected shelf life: 8-15 years. Release date: Two years after harvest. Sensory characteristics: Color: Garnet red with purple highlights Nose: Fruity, good aromatic complexity and great elegance Taste: Dry, harmonious, full-bodied, tannic. Bottle type: Albeisa Special notes: Serve at approximately 18°C ??(64°F). Storage: Store the bottle horizontally, away from light and temperature fluctuations. Food pairing: Red meats, fresh and aged cheeses, cured meats, and pasta dishes in general.
